Hi Jim.

You are probably home by now. That is so wonderful.

I was thinking of you in my yoga class today when my teacher was talking about the qualities of fearlessness, flexibility and strength and how after years of practice, when called upon, these qualities (and others you have cultivated) just fall into being when needed. I was thinking of how brave, postive and creative you have been through this.

It has been inspiring.

With love.

Terri

Hi Mr. Buchanan,
My brother Greg Khost forwarded me on your blog. From your blog, it sounds like you're doing well.

I have to tell you, I still pass Jefferson School (just moved back into Caldwell) and sing the school song you had as play as we marched down to the Canfield Home on Halloween each year!

Also, my wife and I just had our first child and named him James :)

Wishing you well and thinking of you,
Alex Khost

Hi Jim!

You can run but you can't hide! The Khost family has found you again. May I add my name to your legion of well wishers. And thanks for your kind regard through Greg - wishing all that back at you and yours.
The most fun I ever had with my clothes on was our hanging out in Montreal during the music tour (recall it was around 1988??). Do remember that little jazz club with the soprano sax woman's group (I'm still in love!!).
Hope to see you again before long. Let me know if you ever need a trumpet player for any of your groups.
Until then, hope you and your family have a grteat Christmas!
Love ya madly,

Hank
